Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase and work very hard to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order, we hope you will be but if for any reason you are not happy then we ask you to please get in contact as soon as possible and we will do all we can to make it right. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds

Upon receipt of the return, we will let you know that we have it in hand and will make arrangements to replace/credit note/refund as requested.

Refunds to your original method of payment. You will receive this within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You  can reuse original packaging. Shipping costs are non refundable. If a refund is requested, initial shipping (if applicable) will be deducted.

 

P&P in the UK is £4.95, European Union is £11.95 and Rest of the World is £16.95. All parcels are tracked and signed for.
