If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order prior to dispatch, we will refund in full the value of any payments made.
We are happy to give a full refund or replacement for goods found to be unsatisfactory. We apply a rigorous quality control and inspect every item prior to dispatch, but despite our best efforts, sometimes a fault is missed.
If you change your mind about your order, or if for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased at our online shop, please return the goods unused within 14 days of the goods being received by you for a refund or replacement. You will be responsible for returning your goods to us and any cost incurred. We recommend that you use a tracked service.
